SUMMARY:
This role will take accountability for managing operational projects within the maintenance space,

POSITION INFO:
Maintenance Manager Operations Accountable for maintaining quality, standards, service and desired outputs within inter-related functional areas of responsibility. May be responsible for ensuring the adherence of others to a set framework of policies and procedures. This role will work with various concrete variables, requiring an understanding of the theory or practices underpinning inter-related functional processes within a multi-procedural environment. Job Purpose This role will take accountability for managing operational projects within the maintenance space, ensuring Infrastructure maintenance initiatives are carried out successfully within agreed timeframes, cost and scope. They will also manage ad hoc maintenance requests, ensuring issues are addressed within agreed SLA's. Maintenance Management Manage all maintenance and related activities to ensure optimal levels of plant and equipment availability Ensure all equipment and safety standards are maintained Manage ad hoc maintenance requests, ensuring issues are addressed within agreed SLA's Effectively manage relationships with contractors and suppliers
