This company sources their own raw material for their products and have grown to be one of the leading companies in the steel manufacturing industry. They are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to help carry out their high-standard of production. This person should have some experience in the manufacturing of steel products, galvanizing, drawing as well as installations. Education:

• BEng in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 10 years’ experience in galvanizing and wire drawing productions and installations
• Statistical knowledge
• ISO 9002 & OSHACT
• Maintenance Management – to perform predictive and preventative plant maintenance
• Evaluate conditions of machines and equipment
• Manage a team of over 55 indirect and direct reports
• Coordinate records of all maintenance and repair works
• Cost management and project management
