Maintenance Manager

SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Maintenance Manager in Rosslyn that is also strong in Industrial Robotics in a Paint Plant

POSITION INFO:

Maintenance Manager:

• Lots of Industrial Robotics experience essential!
• Worked in a Paint Plant before
• Provided support to ensure all preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Optimize all equipment to ensure sustained quality in the production process, control documents should be kept to trace maintenance aspects.
• Support and provide input to TPM (Total Predictive Maintenance or Total Preventive Maintenance) to facilitate improvements and identify shortfalls/problem areas and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications and skills:

• Grade 12
• B-tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7 years or more experience in The Field. (Automated Plant Maintenance).
• Must be able to do programming, fault finding and maintenance on:

1. PLC
2. FANUC Robots
3. SHINI Robots
4. Alfa Robots
5. ENGEL Robots
6. ABB Robots and
7. Sepro Robots
