SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Maintenance Manager in Rosslyn that is also strong in Industrial Robotics in a Paint Plant

POSITION INFO:

Maintenance Manager:

Lots of Industrial Robotics experience essential!
Worked in a Paint Plant before
Provided support to ensure all preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
Optimize all equipment to ensure sustained quality in the production process, control documents should be kept to trace maintenance aspects.
Support and provide input to TPM (Total Predictive Maintenance or Total Preventive Maintenance) to facilitate improvements and identify shortfalls/problem areas and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications and skills:

Grade 12
B-tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
7 years or more experience in The Field. (Automated Plant Maintenance).
Must be able to do programming, fault finding and maintenance on:

PLC
FANUC Robots
SHINI Robots
Alfa Robots
ENGEL Robots
ABB Robots and
Sepro Robots
