POSITION INFO:
We are looking to recruit a responsible maintenance manager to manage and oversee all maintenance for Property and Trade branches. You will need a solid understanding of building, construction, plumbing, electrical, carpentry etc. The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well cared for and adequately - Support tenant requirements in their units and the trading operations in all branches.

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 with Facility Management qualification
Experience in Commercial Property - Maintenance Management
Minimum of 4Years in similar role
Understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
Valid drivers license and willing to travel on daily basis - Areas: Gauteng
Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
