SUMMARY:
FMCG - Maintenance Manager Tertiary Qualification with electrical and mechanical subjects Food safety and HACCP training R50 000 CTC no medical aid

POSITION INFO:

- Preventative maintenance plans and standard operating procedures
- Obtaining and approving quotations for major maintenance duties
- Managing of external service providers on large jobs
- Ordering and maintaining minimum stock levels of critical spares
- Managing and controlling of job cards
- Allocation of staff and resources for planned maintenance and breakdowns
- General management of staff in the Maintenance Department
- Compliance with FSC, Food Safety and Quality Assurance requirements
- Responsible for all safety matters as they relate to equipment
Key Competencies:
- A high level of numeracy
- Computer literate with experience of the basic MS Office suite
- A working knowledge of ISO 22000, the Occupational Health & Safety Act, budgeting and cost-saving initiatives
