POSITION INFO:
We are urgently looking for a HOTEL ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER for a property in Sandton.

Experience in Assistant Management - min 5yrs
Experience in a hotel environment
Qualification in a trade ie plumbing, electrical etc
Financial acumen
Maintenance Operations knowledge
Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act
Policies and procedures
Knowledge of Procurement Processes
Extensive Trade and Technical skills
