SUMMARY:
Our client in the mining industry has an opportunity available for a Maintenance Specialist Electrical in the Brits area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Degree or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
4 years’ relevant experience
Knowledge of Installation Rules and Regulations. (SANS 10142)
Familiar with HT switching and switching procedures
Design and faultfinding on Electrical systems
Faultfinding on VSD systems

KPAs:

Develop maintenance plans (frequencies, maintainable items)
Perform Pareto analyses, correlation analyses and report top 5 chronic losses
Arrange RCFA investigation and facilitate the problem solving session
Monitor recurring failures related to implemented RCA''s (KPI until close out)
Analyse equipment failure history
Develop, maintain and monitor adherence to maintenance standards and specifications
Ensure the latest techniques are being applied with respect to NDT and condition monitoring
Ensure sustained FLAC improvements
