POSITION INFO:
Position: Maintenance Superintendent Number of Positions: 2 Location: Mine Site, Botswana Minimum Requirements College Diploma in Electromechanical Engineering, Mining Machinery, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years' experience in underground mine equipment maintenance management. Strong knowledge of LHD (Load-Haul-Dump), drilling, and haulage equipment maintenance. Experience in full lifecycle equipment management, including planning, maintenance, repair, performance monitoring, and asset optimization. Proven leadership and team management skills in a mining environment. Key Role The Maintenance Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of underground mining equipment, ensuring maximum equipment availability and operational efficiency. The role includes managing maintenance teams, implementing preventive maintenance programs, optimizing asset performance, controlling maintenance costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards at the mine site in Botswana.
