Managed Services Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client a Global Tech firm is seeking a Managed Services Engineer to join their team in Cape town. They offer stability, growth, attractive salary along with excellent benefits and a great working environment.

The MS Engineer L2 will be responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of daily/weekly/monthly tasks that ensures that all client environments are well managed, supported and in line with agreed service level metrics.

The focus will be on SharePoint development as a SaaS solution however deep understand of all the Office 365 services is essential. The role will require in depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management solutions with specific reference to Azure and OKTA.

  • Complies to all mandated policies, laws, and audit requirements

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in information system (3+ Years)
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate (3+ Years)
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (3+ years)
  • OKTA Identity and Access Management – Administrator (3+ years)

Special Requirements

  • 2-5+ years in a similar role within an ICT organisation provision managed services
