POSITION INFO:
Our client, a prominent manufacturing powerhouse based in Midrand, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant to become a key player in their dynamic team. Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and manage costing for manufacturing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Oversee the preparation of management reports to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Ensure compliance with IFRS standards in financial reporting.
Support financial modelling for forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making.
Develop and manage Power BI reporting to enhance data visualization and reporting processes.
Provide comprehensive tax knowledge and ensure tax compliance within the organization.
Manage forex and associated risk, providing insights into currency exposure and mitigation strategies.

Experience and Skills Required

B Com Hons, CIMA, or CA(SA) qualification.
5–7 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong experience in costing, financial reporting, and management reporting.
Proficiency in Power BI for effective reporting and data analysis.
In-depth tax knowledge and understanding of forex.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
