SUMMARY:
Are you a commercially sharp Management Accountant with strong costing and production exposure? A well-established business in Greenstone is looking for a hands-on finance professional who understands the numbers behind production and can translate them into actionable business insights.

POSITION INFO:
This opportunity is ideal for a Management Accountant who thrives in a production-driven environment and enjoys working closely with operations.

You will play a key role in analysing production costs, monitoring margins, supporting budgeting processes and driving performance improvement initiatives. This is a highly operational finance role where your input will directly influence profitability and efficiency.

If you are business-minded, analytical and comfortable operating on the factory floor as well as in the boardroom, this role offers strong commercial exposure and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts
Detailed cost analysis within a production environment
Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Monitoring stock, WIP and inventory controls
Margin analysis and profitability reporting
Partnering with operations to improve cost efficiencies

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
- BCom Accounting / Finance
- CIMA qualification (completed or in progress)
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Management Accountant
- Proven experience in a production / manufacturing environment
- Strong costing and inventory exposure
Skills:
- Advanced Excel
- ERP system experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Commercial mindset with operational understanding

Remuneration: R 600 000 per annum
