POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
A dynamic and growing professional services group is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is a pivotal role supporting senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO, with high-level financial reporting, analysis, and operational finance oversight across a multi-currency environment (EUR, USD, GBP).

Key Responsibilities:

Daily cash management and multi-currency banking (EUR, USD, GBP)
Bank, balance sheet, debtor and creditor reconciliations
Payment runs, expense processing, and funding oversight
Monthly management accounts and board reporting
Margin analysis, commission and bonus calculations
Budgeting, forecasting, and payroll variance analysis
VAT returns, PSA/P11D submissions, and audit support
Cost reporting for Directors
Supervision and development of a Finance Intern

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Bcom in Finance
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
2 – 3 years post articles experience
Advanced Excel skills
