SUMMARY:
Are you a skilled Management Accountant with a strong costing background?
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to take on a full-function management accounting role and support the Financial Manager as 2IC within a dynamic organisation based in Johannesburg East.

POSITION INFO:
Join a well-established business where your analytical skills and commercial insight will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Full-function management accounting
Costing analysis and cost control
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Preparation of monthly management reports
Assisting the Financial Manager as second-in-command (2IC)
Driving financial efficiencies and process improvements

Skills & Requirements:
BCom in Accounting or Finance
CIMA qualification (advantageous)
Proven experience in management accounting with a strong costing background
Advanced Excel skills
Experience working on Sage
Strong analytical and communication skills
