SUMMARY:

A leading client within the property sector is seeking a driven and analytical Management Accountant to join their high-performing finance team.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports
Lead forecasting and budgeting processes
Compile detailed management reports, including variance analysis and insightful commentary
Prepare monthly management packs and Board committee reports
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making

Minimum Requirements:

BCom in Accounting (essential)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
