SUMMARY:
A leading mining operation is looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant who thrives on turning complex financial data into meaningful business decisions. If budgets, forecasts, cost control, and operational finance are your thing, this could be your next move.

POSITION INFO:
Join a well-established mining business where finance plays a critical role in operational performance. Working closely with site leadership and senior management, you will be responsible for delivering financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving cost optimisation initiatives across the operation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare management accounts and monthly reporting packs Lead budgeting and forecasting processes Perform cost analysis and variance reporting Monitor operational expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities Support capital expenditure tracking and reporting Deliver financial insights to operational stakeholders Assist with financial planning and strategic initiatives Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CIMA completed or in progress advantageous 3-7 years' experience in Management Accounting Mining, manufacturing, engineering, or heavy industry experience preferred Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting skills Advanced Excel skills and ERP exposure Strong business partnering and communication abilities Apply now!
