POSITION INFO:
A respected player within the agricultural sector is looking for a CA(SA) with approximately 2 years' post-articles experience to join its finance team as a Management Accountant. This role offers exposure to the full finance function within a business where finance is closely linked to operations, performance and decision-making. You'll gain broad exposure across reporting, controls, planning and stakeholder engagement while building the experience needed to take the next step in your finance career. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting and month-end processes Manage budgeting and forecasting activities Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Support audit and tax processes Analyse financial performance and provide management insights Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls Engage with key stakeholders across the business Job Experience & Skills Required CA(SA) qualification essential Approximately 2 years' post-articles experience Strong financial reporting and accounting knowledge Exposure to budgeting and forecasting Experience engaging with operational stakeholders Advanced Excel skills ERP system exposure advantageous Strong analytical and communication skills Apply now!
