SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established industrial manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who understands the manufacturing environment and is strong in BOMs, costing, budgeting, variance analysis and management reporting.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports. Perform detailed product costing and cost analysis within a manufacturing environment. Work extensively with Bills of Materials (BOMs) , standard costs and production costing. Analyse manufacturing variances, including material, labour and overhead variances. Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and financial models. Provide meaningful financial analysis to support operational and commercial decision-making. Monitor production costs, margins and profitability. Partner with production, procurement and operational teams to identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain accurate costing structures and financial master data. Utilise SAP for financial, costing and management accounting processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the finance and manufacturing functions. Job Requirements: Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or Management Accounting . Professional management accounting qualification would be advantageous. Proven experience as a Management Accountant within an industrial\/manufacturing environment . Strong practical experience with BOMs, product costing and manufacturing cost analysis . Solid budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis experience.
