Company and Job Description: A leading international business operating across multiple global markets is looking for a Senior Management Accounting FP&A Specialist to join its Johannesburg North finance team. The organisation works closely with major brands and retailers, delivering large-scale commercial and execution solutions across diverse markets. With a substantial operational footprint, the business offers an exciting environment for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working with complex data and translating financial information into actionable business insights. This is an ideal opportunity for a CA(SA) with 4-5 years of commercial experience who has developed strong FP&A, financial modelling, forecasting and management accounting capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting activities Develop and maintain detailed financial models Analyse financial performance, trends and commercial drivers Prepare management reports and provide meaningful financial commentary Perform detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts Translate complex financial information into clear commercial insights Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders Identify risks, opportunities and trends within financial data Improve forecasting, reporting and FP&A processes Present financial insights to senior stakeholders Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualifications: CA(SA) essential Experience: 4-5 years' commercial finance experience Strong FP&A experience Management accounting experience Financial modelling experience Forecasting and budgeting experience FMCG, retail, sales-driven or stock-moving environment highly advantageous Stable career history with 3-5 years within the same organisation strongly preferred Technical Skills: Advanced financial modelling Strong Excel skills FP&A reporting Budgeting and forecasting Management accounting Excellent financial interpretation and commercial analysis Why consider this opportunity?
