Award-winning collection of lodges in a premier wildlife destination is looking for a dynamic MANAGEMENT COUPLE to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
This unique opportunity allows you to jointly oversee daily operations, leveraging your combined strengths in financial management and marketing expertise. Together, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable guest experiences and leading a dedicated team. Core Criteria: Proven experience in hospitality management, with a focus on both operational and financial aspects. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and financial analysis. Background in marketing or sales within the hospitality industry is essential. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse clientele. Leadership experience, with a focus on team development and motivation. Flexibility to adapt to varying demands and challenges in a dynamic environment. Candidate Responsibilities: Oversee all lodge operations to ensure a seamless guest experience, from check-in to departure. Coordinate with various departments, including housekeeping, kitchen, and front office, to maintain high standards of service. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Monitor costs and implement strategies to enhance profitability while maintaining service excellence. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the lodge's offerings. Foster strong relationships with guests and tailor experiences to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Lead, mentor, and develop lodge staff to ensure high levels of engagement and performance. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Enhance guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and lodge policies. Promote sustainable practices in all aspects of lodge operations. This is a live in position
