SUMMARY:
Opportunity for a Management Accountant

POSITION INFO:
A leading JSE-listed property group is seeking a dynamic and analytical Management Accountant to join their high-performing finance team. This organisation has built a strong reputation within the South African property sector and offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to gain exposure to strategic reporting, financial modelling, and board-level insights within a listed environment.

Duties:

Financial reporting
Forecasting and budgeting
Prepare internal management reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
Compile monthly management packs and board committee reports.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making.

Education and experience:

BCom Accounting minimum
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is preferred
