SUMMARY:
A well-established short term insurer is seeking to appoint a Manager: Corporate Social Investment (CSI) - 24 Months fixed term contract
The CSI (Corporate Social Investment ) Manager is responsible for implementing the CSI strategy, identifying and managing CSI strategic and operational risks as well as ensuring an effective and efficient delivery model of
CSI projects, procedures and programs that are aligned to the Company’s business objectives. The role will involve end to end management of CSI Function.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Completed Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advantageous: NQF Level 8 qualification in Social Sciences, Administration or related fields

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in CSI Management preferably within a short-term insurance environment
Proven track-record in CSI
Communication principles and knowledge
Project management principles
Strategy development: Design and implement CSI strategies and programs that align with the company's mission, goals and the ESG.
Develop organisational plans to ensure the CSI programs are translated into deliverable and implementable plans.
Outline CSI project plans, programs, timelines and budget according to overall project objectives and business as well asstakeholder priorities.
Conduct research on viable and sustainable CSI programs and present the business case, data and evidence for successful implementation and execution of these projects.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, NGOs, and other stakeholders to promote collaborative initiatives.
Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of CSI projects.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on the impact of CSI initiatives and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
