SUMMARY:
4-year degree Information Science/ IT/ Comp Sci/ Engineering. Network related certification CCNA, CCNP or similar. Minimum 5 years experience in IT Service Operations and/or Support functions.

POSITION INFO:
Knowledge of IT-enabled services and products, electronic wallet products and technologies, API technologies and providers (REST, JSON, SOAP etc), API Gateway (Amazon, Azure), and experience with network appliances, A minimum of 5 years' experience in technology covering Fintech, Financial Services, insurance, banking, mobile money. Experience in performance management and data correlation to identify technology stack inefficiencies. Familiarity with infrastructure as a service and platform as a Service concepts. Experience in network operations. Experience in server, storage, and database infrastructure operation (Dell, HP, RedHat, Windows Servers, Oracle. Hanads on experience in managing, leading IT operations in a multi-country environment. Responsible for leading the mobile money technology stack, focussing on advanced services such as remittance, E-commerce, BankTech and others. The role aims to deliver excellent customer experiences by ensuring seamless IT operations. It also supports strategic goals for profitable growth and improved operational performance. Gauteng based.
