Manager: Infrastructure & Maintenance

SUMMARY:
Responsible for cost effective and efficient management of Infrastructure, through the development & implementation of maintenance plans aligned with the strategic objectives of the Division. Manage and guide teams of various artisan & outsourced staff e.g. groundskeeper, waste management teams etc.

POSITION INFO:
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Manages own area of responsibility. Organisational Unit Staff Management. Financial Planning & Budgeting. Infrastructure \/ Built Environment Maintenance Implementation. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Engineering Degree (NQF 8) in Electrical\/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 6 years' minimum experience in the Built Environment & Maintenance. Minimum 2 years supervisory experience. ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES: Engineering Council of SA (ECSA) Pr Eng. or Pr Tech Eng. Project Management Professional (PMP).
