POSITION INFO:

Our client, a global leader in water hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services is looking for Marketing Manager. The successful incumbent will be based in either Western Cape - Cape Town or Gauteng- Johannesburg and must still be required to service both locations.

Main Responsibilities

Establish short and long-term strategic plans and programs for Pest elimination, resulting in optimal growth, sales and profits
Develop innovative strategies in response to customer needs and changes in market and business priorities
Assist market leaders in market expansion related activities such as market analysis, market entry strategies, etc.
Participate in ongoing customer interactions that contribute to business insights and results, and train team on Voice of the Customer techniques and toolbox
Identify and capture customer problems and opportunities and leverage to develop and implement solutions
Develop and review multi-year, and annual market segment Business Plans that leverage multiple sources of growth to achieve division and functional objectives
Develop and nurture quality partnerships between and across all Ecolab divisions, and utilize those relationships to obtain new business, exchange leads, coordinate sales to national accounts and solve problems
Manages internal & external communications to include newsletters, customer portal, organisation of national event – tradeshow.

Qualifications & Experience
Qualification in Marketing or related
6+ work experience preferably in a pest, water and/or infenction prevention solutions industry

Strategic Branding and business building

Develop strategy and communication plan for new programs to enhance thought leadership and brand experience.
Manages customer master data
Manages customer satisfaction surveys.

Digital Marketing expertise

Create integrated communications digital strategy
Incorporates competitive intelligence on competitors digital offerings and communications.

Marketing communications operational excellence

Support the marketing manager in the implementation of new programs, support sales growth by creating training deck brochure, sell sheet, lead generation.
Sales activation, create and provide marketing collateral, participate in sales meetings
Manages internal and external communication, newsletters, customer portal
Maintain the update and excellence of the website
