The Role:

Manager - Quality and Training

We are looking for a Transaction Manager to head the Quality Department. The successful candidate will be based at our Durban Office(Umhlanga Ridge) and will manage the country Quality and Training Division.

Functional Competencies
� Excellent Knowledge of ISO 9000 
� Good knowledge of KAIZEN Suggestion schemes 
� Process orientation 
� Knowledge on Six Sigma tools techniques 
� Familiarity with Quality awards (Malcolm Bal ridge/Deming) 
� Good Analytical Skills 
� Exposure to Six Sigma, TQM, Policy Deployment, and other macro approaches to Excellence. 
� Extensive work on Problem Solving tools techniques 
â?¢ Direct interaction with the client and leading a team of QA, AM and TL

Behavioural Competencies
â?¢ Attention to detail
� Influencing skills 
� People and Conflict Management skills 

• Graduate/MBA
• 8-10 years of total experience in the field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience /ISO 9000 Lead Assessor, Six Sigma Green / Yellow black belt in a large BPO setup.
