We are looking for a Transaction Manager to head the Quality Department. The successful candidate will be based at our Durban Office(Umhlanga Ridge) and will manage the country Quality and Training Division.

We are looking for a Transaction Manager to head the Quality Department. The successful candidate will be based at our Durban Office(Umhlanga Ridge) and will manage the country Quality and Training Division.

â?¢ Excellent Knowledge of ISO 9000Â
â?¢ Good knowledge of KAIZEN Suggestion schemesÂ
â?¢ Process orientationÂ
â?¢ Knowledge on Six Sigma tools techniquesÂ
â?¢ Familiarity with Quality awards (Malcolm Bal ridge/Deming)Â
â?¢ Good Analytical SkillsÂ
â?¢ Exposure to Six Sigma, TQM, Policy Deployment, and other macro approaches to Excellence.Â
â?¢ Extensive work on Problem Solving tools techniquesÂ
â?¢ Direct interaction with the client and leading a team of QA, AM and TL

â?¢ Influencing skillsÂ
â?¢ People and Conflict Management skillsÂ
Skills and Experience:

Graduate/MBA

8-10 years of total experience in the field.

5-7 years of relevant experience /ISO 9000 Lead Assessor, Six Sigma Green / Yellow black belt in a large BPO setup.Â
