Are you ready to lead with vision and build with purpose? A dynamic and fast-growing construction firm is seeking a seasoned Managing Director to spearhead strategic growth, elevate operational excellence, and drive innovation across its portfolio of infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire teams and foster client trust
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Provide strategic direction and executive leadership across all business units
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies
Oversee project execution to ensure quality, safety, and profitability
Identify growth opportunities and lead expansion initiatives
Champion innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Master’s degree or professional certifications (Pr. Eng, PMP) are a strong advantage

Minimum 5–7 years in a senior leadership role within the construction industry
Proven track record of successful project delivery and business development
