What You'll Be Doing:

Define the strategic three-year roadmap for this new technology division clearly.
Recruit and manage a highly driven technical team to reach goals.
Secure large commercial B2B contracts for advanced remote monitoring systems actively.
Manage the annual division budgets and daily operational workflows very carefully.
Build strong lasting partnerships with key corporate stakeholders and decision makers.

Experience & Qualifications:

You strictly need proven experience managing a B2B technology sales division.
You must clearly understand smart surveillance and remote off-site monitoring systems.
You must possess a strong existing network of large corporate B2B clients.
You need a deep understanding of local commercial security market competitors.
You must confidently launch and scale new business operations successfully.
