Managing Director
Overall responsibility for the business operations and strategy planning and implementation. Developing and successfully implementing policies and procedures enhancing business systems and financial growth and success. Experience within the Office Automation and Telecoms industries will be hugely beneficial.
Keep abreast of market and providing market insights and strategic advice.
Client engagement as and when necessary
Strong business relationship building
Financial: budgeting and ensuring budgets are adhered to.
Ensuring revenue and sales budgets are met.
Marketing: Devise, implement and manage marketing strategies.
Manage key personnel, clients and service providers.
Manage resources, identify and attract new talent, hiring, and retention of personnel.
Discipline: ensure all staff are responsible, reliable and have solid work ethic and take corrective action when necessary.
Good understanding of Industrial relations pertaining to staff management
Ensure ongoing training and development of staff and a motivated work force.

Experience:
Extensive experience within a similar role
Proven experience in the management of senior staff and employees
Proven rack record in achievement of budgeted revenue targets
Strong financial acumen including financial planning and forecasting, managing budgets, cashflow management.
Excellent problem resolution skills.

Strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent customer relationship management and building skills
Customer centric business approach.
