Managing Director - Cleaning Services (EE)

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for all business & financial operations, process, team structure, and strategic planning for clients. Provide the Exco with business insights, trends & analysis, budgeting, driving innovation & technologically advanced solutions, operational planning and options, as well as support for vision setting and strategic direction. You do this by maintaining effective relationships with all clients and by overseeing research, project and ongoing client work, participating in planning and driving strategy in the business unit. You are also responsible for nurturing the team’s efficiency, retention and growth, which includes managing capacity, guiding professional development and facilitating internal communications amongst the team members.

Requirements:

10 years’ experience in the Cleaning industry

3 – 5 years of related managerial experience in the Cleaning industry

Senior Leadership experience

Financial & Reporting Acumen

Demonstrated ability to effectively implement Cleaning services/solutions

Superior analysis, writing, communication & presentation skills

Education:

Relevant Degree in Business or a related field is preferable

MBA - added advantage

Skills & Experience:

A well-rounded senior manager with significant operational and sales experience in a similar position.

Experience in people management and raising performance standards and dealing with challenging performance issues

Proven record of leading and managing high performance teams

Able to demonstrate a track record of creating value /innovation

Board and/or group/divisional EXCO experience

Experience of dealing with /and negotiating with private and public sector partners

Developing & delivering business budgets and strategies

Experienced in leading geographically spread teams and working collaboratively to achieve objectives

Experience of dispute resolution
