POSITION INFO:
We're seeking a dynamic Managing Director to drive strategy, growth, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Define and execute business strategy, drive growth, and align all functions toward shared objectives. Financial Stewardship : Full P&L accountability, ensuring revenue, margin, cash flow, and profitability targets are met. Sales & Customers : Lead commercial growth, manage strategic accounts, and secure major contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction. Operational Excellence : Oversee safe, efficient production, optimize processes, and champion continuous improvement. Supply Chain & Quality : Ensure reliable procurement, logistics, and supplier performance while maintaining high product quality. People Leadership : Build and develop a high‑performance culture, manage talent pipelines, and foster employee engagement. Governance & Risk : Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, while managing risks and internal controls. Stakeholder Relations : Represent the company with customers, shareholders, unions, authorities, and industry bodies.
