An exciting opportunity has become available for a Management Accountant to join a dynamic and growing organisation. As the trusted link between Operations and Finance , you will transform financial data into actionable insights, support key decision-making, and contribute to the ongoing success of a fast-paced operational environment. What You'll Be Doing Deliver insightful monthly management accounts and financial performance analysis Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Perform detailed cost accounting and profitability analysis Develop and enhance operational KPI reporting and performance metrics Conduct internal control assessments and audit reviews Support capital expenditure planning, investment analysis, and business cases Review procurement processes, commercial agreements, and cost-saving opportunities Design and maintain activity-based costing and revenue models Partner with operational teams to identify efficiencies and drive business improvement initiatives Act as a strategic finance business partner across multiple operational sites What We're Looking For BCom Accounting or related Finance qualification Completed SAICA, SAIPA, or CIMA articles will be highly advantageous 5-7 years of experience within Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Finance Business Partnering, or a similar role Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and influence operational decision-making Experience within Agriculture, FMCG, Manufacturing, Food Production, or other operationally driven industries will be advantageous Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle essential Why This Opportunity?
