JOB SUMMARY:
Mechanical/ Industrial Engineer required. 5 Positions for manufacturing engineers. SA and then relocate to USA. We need a person with design to manufacture skill. Will work in production environment .Responsible for quality support, facilities and tooling development, project management and introducing new products/options into production. Self-driven, hands-on problem solver who works well within a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

INDUSTRIAL/MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Cape Town for a year and relocate to USA
International company

Will be responsible for manufacturing engineering, industrial and process engineering related functions within his/her scope of responsibility.

Qualification and experience :

B.Eng. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
Experience in Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, 5S and visual management
Understanding of time study/line balancing

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day production and quality support
Facilities and tooling development
Project management and introducing new products/options into production.
Change management
Team management and motivate production teams to deliver on due dates.
Production
Communicator across all levels of the organization
Will do Lab works programming and utilize 3D design to manufacture the acquired products/parts.

The candidate will work from South Africa with the possibility to emigrate to the USA after 1 year.
