KPA''s - planning, directing & coordinating manufacturing operations at the plant, while driving productivity, operational efficiency, continuous improvement & profitability through effective operational strategies / performance initiatives.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Degree: Engineering (Mechanical / Production/ Industrial )

15 Years General working experience required
5+ years Management experience

Heavy Engineering / Steel manufacturing & processing

Manufacturing Management

Production plans / Optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, materials & production capacity / Operational Excellence / OHS Compliance / Continuous improvement / Proper production methods / Equipment reliability / Technical guidance
