SUMMARY:
A well known FMCG company is urgently seeking a Manufacturing Manager to be based withing Kwa-Zulu Natal

POSITION INFO:

A minimum of an Engineering Degree or equivalent
A Post Graduate degree in Business Administration or an equivalent degree would be advantageous
A minimum of 10 - 15 years manufacturing experience.
A minimum of 5 years management experience.
Extensive experience in the deployment of operational excellence

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the systematic and strategic coordination of all Manufacturing business functions as aligned with the Sales and Operational Planning process (S&OP).
Ensure that supply chain planning is aligned to meeting customer needs.
Management and maintenance of the Manufacturing assets at a productive basic condition.
Lead and manage the development of a Health and Safety culture for all employees within the Supply Chain and Sales region.
