SUMMARY:
Our client in the Manufacturing industry has an EE opportunity available for a Manufacturing Manager in the Phoenix, KZN area.

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience Requirements:

A minimum of an Engineering Degree or equivalent
A Post Graduate degree in Business Administration or an equivalent degree would be advantageous
A minimum of 10 - 15 years manufacturing experience.
A minimum of 5 years management experience.
Extensive experience in the deployment of operational excellence

KPAs:

Develop the one to three years plant business plan to ensure that customer service and productivity objectives are met
Manage the systematic and strategic coordination of all Manufacturing business functions as aligned with the Sales and Operational Planning process (S&OP)
Manage the synchronisation of all aspects of Manufacturing including flow of materials and final goods
Management and maintenance of the Manufacturing assets at a productive basic condition
Identification, development and the implementation of the relevant enablers in order to deliver the Plant business plan and budget
Ensure that supply chain planning is aligned to meeting customer needs
People management
Stakeholder management
