POSITION INFO:
Our client, a leading player in the financial sector, is seeking a dedicated Market Analyst Administrator to support their analytical team with vital administrative functions that underpin strategic decision-making. Duties: Update and maintain reports based on CRM data entries Audit CRM data and reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Keep organised and current records of relevant data Monitor and follow up on Analyst KPI performance indicators Track outstanding KPI requirements and ensure timely reporting Perform daily attendance registration and maintain precise attendance records Identify data discrepancies or missing information and liaise with team members Prepare regular administrative and performance reports for management Provide general administrative support to the Analyst department Requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good administrative and organisational skills Comfortable working with CRM systems and data Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet applications Ability to identify errors and discrepancies 2 to 3 years of relevant experience Familiarity with the following: Data analysis tools and techniques Financial sector workflows If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks, we regret that you have been unsuccessful.
