SUMMARY:
Marketing & Media Manager

Fast growing Digital Retailer is currently seeking to employ a Marketing & Media Manager to join their energetic and vibrant team of go-getters.

This role reports directly to the CEO, and you will be required to manage a creative team and cover all forms of marketing, including the owned digital platforms of the business as well as the digital marketing strategy for all the products of the business.

You will also need to co-ordinate events, radio and print campaigns, giveaways and donations in an effort to further expand the brand awareness of the company.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing management in the retail environment.
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, or proven marketing skills/knowledge.
• Firm grasp of SEO best practices.
• Digital marketing experience.
• Google Adwords experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (Written, Verbal, Phone)
• Excellent English language skills.
• Team management skills.
• Understanding of web design and UI/UX principles.
• HTML, CSS knowledge - advantage
• Graphic design/ web design skills -advantage

• Manage a creative team to strategically drive the brand awareness and growth of the company and the products it sells.
• Managing all marketing channels including social media, newsletters, print advertising, radio campaigns, in-store and external events, give-aways and donations.
• Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
• Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels.
• Building and managing Google Adwords campaigns and measuring the success of the campaigns using Google Analytics.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against annual goals set out by the CEO.
• Oversee and approve marketing material, both online and in the physical stores.
• Work with the sales and catalogue team to promote specific products and categories during the appropriate seasons throughout the year
