Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies supporting business objectives. Create engaging content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Manage social media calendars, monitor trends, and boost brand awareness. Design and execute digital marketing campaigns with email and paid advertising. Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and report on performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and assist in event marketing. Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. Requirements Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in marketing and social media management. Excellent communication skills and strong content creation abilities. Proficiency in social media tools, basic graphic design, and video editing. Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and SEO principles. Strong organizational, time-management skills, and ability to work independently or in a team. Creative, positive, proactive thinker with a vibrant attitude. Key Attributes Enthusiastic and energetic with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
