We are looking for a passionate Communications Lead to join the Brand and Marketing department. If you love creating high-quality and engaging content that drives business success, we want you on our team!

As our communications lead you will lead and collaborate on developing and implementing the overall content strategy based on our business goals and objectives. This will include the creation and production of online and offline marketing content for both internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Write and send internal corporate and staff communications.
• Creating a monthly blog and social posting schedules utilising existing and original content.
• Engaging with our customer base and potential leads on social media.
• Develop and generate ideas for marketing campaigns on social tailored to the correct mediums. are being used and campaigns are effective in collaboration with the team.
• track marketing performance and ensure that campaigns are effective.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare monthly reports for management to monitor and report on competitor activity on social.
• Join team meetings and collaborate with PR Agency

The skills required are:

• Good understanding of all social channels especially Linkedin.
• Marketing qualification, degree, or equivalent working experience
• Ideally, 1-3 years of experience in producing content for the web specifically, (blogs, or posting on Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Good time-management skills
• Experience in creating various types of content.
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical-thinker and problem-solver

Day to day responsibilities outline:

• Development of brand awareness and online reputation
• Supporting the Marketing Director with campaigns and general admin duties
• Editing marketing collateral on request Liaising with Regional Directors and sending out marketing collateral on request
• CRM & Customers
  • Sending customer welcome letters
  • Sending out customer satisfaction surveys every six months
  • Contacting customers for references and testimonials
  • Create and deliver Customer Monthly Newsletters.
  • Writing formal Corporate Communication letters for Executives.

Content creation and managing social media channels

• Developing social media campaigns with the Brand Director
• Plan design & content and delivery and use tools such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
• Monitor and report on performance of social media platforms
• Building social media presence by posting everyday
• Creating local posts.
• Manage and facilitate social media communications by responding to post comments and discussions.
• Reputation management
• Communicating and updating Brand platform.
• Write and repurpose engaging blogs and articles
• Create engaging multimedia content e.g. podcasts and videos.

Support Lead Management:

• Taking calls and providing a professional first point on contact
• Ensuring the enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner and recorded on the CRM system
• Following the sales and follow up procedure for in-bound enquiries
