SUMMARY:

Our Client is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead our creative team in driving brand awareness and growth in the E-commerce industry. If you have experience managing a team and a flair for innovative marketing strategies, we want to hear from you!

This position will report to the CEO, and is a strictly an "on-site / in office " role.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Lead a creative team to strategically drive brand awareness and growth.
Manage all marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, print advertising, and radio campaigns.
Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels.
Build and manage Google Adwords campaigns and measure their success using Google Analytics.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns against annual goals set by the CEO.
Oversee and approve marketing material online and in stores.
Collaborate with the sales and catalogue team to promote specific products and categories.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing management in E-commerce.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or demonstrable marketing skills/knowledge.
Firm grasp of SEO best practices.
Digital marketing experience.
Google Adwords experience.
Excellent English communication skills (Written, Verbal, Phone).
Team management skills.
Understanding of web design and UI/UX principles.
Bonus: Graphic design/web design skills.
