SUMMARY:
MARKETING MANAGER/ SPECIALIST NEEDED

POSITION INFO:

Formulate overall marketing strategy (distributor and end user) for company on annual basis.

Allocate marketing budget effectively across all platforms / activities to achieve optimal results.

Formulate cross-channel advertising campaigns on a quarterly basis for a variety of products/services to reach respective audiences.

Identify and act on opportunities for the brands to contribute to trending themes or ideas.

Management of all current marketing channels and activities.

Management of analog marketing (advertising / print / catalogues / price lists / merchandising / all forms of branding / product marketing).

Management of digital advertising (similar to above, in digital format)

Generate content, write and manage e-newsletter campaigns

Engage in digital marketing presence creation on new and emerging digital platforms

Management of social media platforms: Generate Content / manage brand and CI (Corporate Image) / grow exposure and footprint o LinkedIn (South Africa Sports and Industrial)

LinkedIn (Middle East / Africa Exports Industrial)

Instagram (South Africa Sports)

Facebook / YouTube / Twitter (in partnership with Germany Head Office)

Generate social content during various events (e.g. webinars, conferences).

Understand other potential platforms e.g. WhatsApp for Business

Identifies ways to improve digital marketing platform performance

Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content

Keeps a close eye on competitors and overall knowledge of digital marketing

Management of CRM systems:

Implementation and effectiveness

Employeed needs to understand how this ties up Lead Generation Marketing.

Potential CRM platforms (company to decide which to implement still): SAP C4C / SAP C4S / HubSpot
