Our major Multinational Client in the FMCG is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager. The professional to be appointed must have the ability to drive the performance of one or more brands within the company portfolio. Through development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing programmes. Apply Now!

POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

Must have a minimum of +- 7 years in Marketing Management.
Must have extensive experience in Agency engagements and Campaign Management (Through the line).
Must have proven experience in brand performance.

Duties include:

Identify and define business opportunities and key drivers of growth.
Understand the brand ambition.
Monitor competitive intelligence.
Identify risks and opportunities of market changes (competitors move, new channel development, changes in legal and regulations).
Leverage market, consumer insights, consumer journey and route-to-market opportunities, to define priority targets, and develop effective brand strategies.
Plans and focus on maintaining and growing market share (volume/value)
Strategy format divided into 3 Year Plans, Brand Plans and Brand Reviews.
Strategy and plans include schedules for promotional and media campaigns.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification – BCom in Marketing
