POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

• Must have a minimum of +- 7 years in Marketing Management.
• Must have extensive experience in Agency engagements and Campaign Management (Through the line).
• Must have proven experience in brand performance.  

Duties include:

• Identify and define business opportunities and key drivers of growth.
• Understand the brand ambition.
• Monitor competitive intelligence.
• Identify risks and opportunities of market changes (competitors move, new channel development, changes in legal and regulations).
• Leverage market, consumer insights, consumer journey and route-to-market opportunities, to define priority targets, and develop effective brand strategies.
• Plans and focus on maintaining and growing market share (volume/value)
• Strategy format divided into 3 Year Plans, Brand Plans and Brand Reviews.
• Strategy and plans include schedules for promotional and media campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification – BCom in Marketing
