POSITION INFO:

The Ideal Candidate

• Extensive Campaign Management (Through the line)
• Must have at minimum 7 years’ experience in Marketing/Brand Management role in an FMCG environment
• Judgment & decision making, critical thinking
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
• Strong social, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organising skills

Duties Include:

• Identify and define business opportunities and key drivers of growth
• Understand the brand ambition, anticipating mid- to long-term changes within the environment, business opportunities and risk
• Identify risks and opportunities of market changes (competitors move, new channel development, changes in legal and regulations)
• Leverage market, consumer insights, consumer journey and route-to-market opportunities, to define priority targets, and develop effective brand strategies and activations
• Strategy and plans include schedules for promotional and media campaigns
• Manage PR and BTL agencies and external providers managed
• Define and plan a project: scope, objectives, responsibilities, planning, KPIs, resources
• Be familiar with web, mobile and social media and apply digital knowledge and tactics in the business activities when relevant
• Work closely together with the Consumer Trade Experience Team to bring to live the Consumer Experience
• Develop an efficient network through strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of organizational and individual issues
• Ensure internal stakeholders aligned and engaged of marketing activities

Qualifications

Must have a diploma / degree in Marketing/Business – or related
