A market leader in the agricultural space is actively recruiting for a Marketing Manager with strong Leadership skills and a proven track record of managing a Sales team

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Bcom Degree in Marketing or Sales
5 years'' of experience in a management role
Agriculture or Farming industry exposure preferable
Strong personality and character traits
Proficiency in Afrikaans will be advantageous

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Develop and implement marketing strategy/strategies that outline goals and objectives
Training and Management of a Sales team, including Sales Managers
Performance management and initiative
Marketing structure and forecast evaluation
Negotiation skills
Project management
Stakeholder management
