Marketing Manager

SUMMARY:
The main purpose of this position is to support the Head of Sales and Marketing by taking initiative in executing the marketing plan. This should be done in alignment with the marketing strategy input received and to set goals for all marketing projects, with a clear vision and understanding of the required expected outcome,

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

• Review Website contents for updating
• Write internal & external messages for approval by Exco.
• Support PR Agency with press releases.
• Distribute marketing content and material to Stakeholders.
• Support invitations and logistics for events.
• Coordinate exhibitions and events.
• Plan and support online events 
• Developed and implemented promotional activities/Items.
• Control marketing material and promotional activities.
• Ensure brand guide manual consistency is applied during events.
• Support activities that build new customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing Management
• Proven Superior writing skills by Qualification or Portfolio of Evidence
• MS Excel-Intermediate
• MS Word-Intermediate MS CRM-Intermediate
• MS PowerPoint -Advanced
• Marketing Database (e.g. CRM)-Advanced
• Knowledge of Website backend processes-Intermediate

Skills:

• Consumer and/or B2B communication
• Ideally, CRM Database/Mailing campaigns
• Creating and writing marketing content material
• Understanding Graphic Design layout and branding principles
• Exceptional writing skills
