Requirements

• The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Directors & Brand
  Managers to build various brands and businesses across Africa. The role
  involves the development and implementation of trade and consumer
  marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive ratings, and
  support distribution and advertising sales revenue targets.
• Proven working experience as brand/marketing representative in the
  retail Industry
• Proven experience measurable commercial success, this person will be
  able to encourage and support the production of exceptional creative
  content
• Product Management / Product Development Experience
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
• Highly creative with ability to think out of box

Duties

• Executing on the vision and direction for current/new customer
  marketing, with a strong focus on accelerating company growth.
• Interlock with the directors of the company to ensure agreement on
  priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and
  emerging opportunities
• Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and
  strategies to match up to
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market
  applications and sales estimate
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess
  against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with
  product line strategy
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
