Marketing Manager

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a marketing manager with experience in eCommerce, to take control of the current marketing team, in order to implement, manage, execute and plan various marketing strategies (product launches, giveaways, PPC, websites etc). We are looking for someone who is proactive and not afraid to lend a hand where needed

POSITION INFO:
Position to start in January 2022

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Consolidate all the data/feedback from marketing efforts (PPC, SEO, email, etc.)
• Act as a connector between the management and the marketing team to ensure execution of marketing efforts to meet company goals & objectives
• Optimization of paid marketing and ensuring we are getting optimal value for money out of marketing efforts/campaigns
• Crafting new micro ideas that can assist the macro vision, objectives, and goals and with your approval, seeing them through.
• Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
• Managing and executing promotional campaigns
• Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
• Providing a clear understanding of returns and performance across the various channels & how we can improve current efforts
• Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth operation between departments
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role (digital marketing & management)
• Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
• Have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
• Experience with, Shopify/eCommerce Platforms, Google Analytics, Paid media advertising (Socials, google, etc)
