SUMMARY:
Calling strategic storytellers and experienced, integrated marketers. This is a Cape Town based role

If you have a passion for purpose led marketing, sustainability and driving awareness this may be a great fit for you.

You will be tasked to develop and implement strategically aligned marketing solutions and deliver marketing, PR, written communications and brand projects. You will be working with an in-house team of highly competent all rounders who understand the organisation intimately.

POSITION INFO:
Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates.

As well as your marketing leadership you will have a seat at EXCO.

Through driving integrated marketing efforts you will be responsible for increasing profitability while strongly promoting the organisation''s mission & vision.

Looking for your:

Solid knowledge and experience in advertising and media
Ability to maintain productive relationships with external and internal stakeholders
strength in overseeing employee motivation and performance
Budget management
Guidance in effective and updated internal systems

Actively maintaining the brand''s presence through the line
Developing and maintaining consumer and B2B portfolios
Developing sponsorship proposals and providing fundraising support for the Foundation
Making meaningful contributions to the senior management team and to the overall effectiveness of the organisation

Of paramount importance in this role is building solid, trustworthy relationships with significant stakeholders across tourism and attractions industries, industry committees, suppliers and service providers.

You will also be expected to:

Deliver in-depth and insight-driven analytical reporting
Uphold the highest standards in communication and marketing outputs
Be willing to learn from others
Have fierce guardianship of their brand equity
Have excellent planning abilities – and flexibility!
Possess serious attention to detail
Effectively understand, manage and prioritise diverse
organisational needs and objectives
