JOB SUMMARY:
Do you have minimum five years marketing experience managing a client’s essential brand requirements while managing the staff involved in this important sector of the business?

If you have experience within the restaurant and entertainment industry this will be highly advantageous.

Our Client requires your analytical ability to ascertain the current market trends and audience target market and to make changes ensuring they have the best marketing portfolio for their requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
Minimum 5 years experience
Experience within the restaurant and entertainment industry
Experience managing staff
Excellent analytical experience on current trends
Ability to make changes where needed
Ability to keep up with current trends
Must be able to attend events after hours when needed

DUTIES
Dealing with suppliers and managing their campaigns nationally
Making the brand more accessible to the right target audience
Following trends and requirements that the business and their various stores need nationally
Analysing current branding and making changes that are required
Developing marketing strategies for new products
Organising promotional events and coordinating day to day requirements and staffing duties required
Identifying needs and developing solutions
Managing advertising costs for budget purposes
Analysing website requirements and advising on changes
Ensuring social media content is updated correctly and used across the correct channels
Analysing the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales and bringing in the right customers to their outlets
Identifying potential new markets and creating new plans for marketing
Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
