SUMMARY:
One of the top global agricultural companies is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with good Crop Protection industry experience to be responsible for the Africa and Middle East region marketing strategy and to define, communicate and drive this plan.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a BSc., BCom. Degree or similar tertiary qualification
At least 10 years’ technical and commercial experience in the Agricultural industry is essential
Previous experience within the crop protection industry will be required
Must have proven marketing mix strategy development and execution
Experience in African countries would be preferred
Must have proven cross-functional collaboration in leading and meeting corporate goals

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Leading, executing and driving the 5-year marketing strategy.
Delivering financial results and budget reporting.
Supporting the launch of new technology and innovation.
Approving and supporting the delivery of marketing mix in strategic countries in AME.
Delivering on annual campaign financial targets.
Ensuring extensive industry collaboration.

Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience.
